Most items in our catalogue are imported on demand, specifically for your order.
This allows us to offer a unique and high-quality selection of performance and tuning parts that may not be available locally.

  • Processing time: usually 3–10 business days on average

  • Special order items: usually between 1–4 weeks, depending on manufacturer lead times

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been confirmed and another once it has shipped.

We will always communicate clearly if your order requires additional lead time or if a specific product is temporarily unavailable.


3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, the total weight, and the dimensions of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Outside the EU: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, holidays, or logistical delays.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Phasewalker cannot control or predict these additional costs, as they vary per country and product category.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Always keep the original packaging and shipping label until the claim has been processed.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Phasewalker is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we can resend it once the additional shipping cost is covered.
