Return Policy
At Phasewalker, we take pride in offering high-quality, performance-focused automotive parts. Many of our products are special-order items, imported specifically at the request of the customer. For that reason, our return policy differs from standard retail policies.
Special-Order & Non-Returnable Items
Most of the products we offer are ordered or imported specifically for your vehicle.
Because these items are custom-sourced or made-to-order, they cannot be returned or cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
We strongly encourage every customer to verify compatibility before purchasing. Our team is always available to assist you in confirming that the product you order is the correct fit for your vehicle.

Exceptions
Returns are only accepted under specific conditions, such as:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by Phasewalker.

The return has been explicitly approved by our team in writing prior to shipment.
In such cases, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Goods
If a return is approved, the product must be:

In its original packaging with all labels and components included

Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Phasewalker reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee if the product does not meet these requirements.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@phasewalker.nl with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard retail items. However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-ordered, imported on request, or made to the consumer’s specifications. As most Phasewalker products fall within this category, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply in most cases.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
